Crafted from hand-selected agave piñas slow-roasted in traditional brick ovens for 72 hours and fermented over an extended 80-hour period, this unaged Blanco is rested for 2 months in stainless steel tanks to achieve maximum purity and balance. Unfiltered and delightfully clean, it presents a delicate harmony of fresh cooked agave, vibrant citrus zest, subtle tropical fruit, and a whisper of sweet vanilla.
