Description
Long Mountain Chardonnay is crafted from select vineyards in the Western Cape of South Africa. To add depth and weight, the wine is left on its lees for approximately 80 days, with a portion matured in French oak for six months. This careful process results in a Chardonnay that maintains its bright acidity while offering a subtle, creamy complexity.
