JR Classic Merlot showcases the unique terroir of the Mafraq plateau. As a local favorite in our Amman store, this un-oaked Merlot is celebrated for its approachable tannins and vibrant ruby color. By fermenting in stainless steel rather than oak, the winery preserves the natural “plum” character that Merlot is famous for.

ABV: 13% – 13.5%
Type: Un-oaked Red Wine (Classic Series)
Taste Profile: Medium-bodied with a soft mouthfeel. The palate is dominated by ripe red berries, black cherry, and a subtle hint of dried herbs on the finish.
Serving Suggestion: Best served at a slightly cool room temperature (16°C) to bring out the berry aromatics.
This well-balanced red pairs exceptionally well with grilled red meats, seasoned pasta dishes, and traditional Mediterranean appetizers.
